Lowongan : Branch Manager - Yogyakarta
Job Description :
Managing branch overall operation from customer services, claims, and
finance in support of business development.
Maintaining the existing business and continuously expanding the portfolio
by developing and generate new business from distribution channels that
includes agents, brokers, and other alternative channels.
Responsible for a profitable performance by diligently managing operation
expenses.
Study and Skills :
At least Bachelor degree S1 from reputable universities with related
disciplines. Possess entrepreneurship value and skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English both oral and written.
Ability to fit in a matrix management system.
Working Experience :
Have at least 3 years experience managing branch office or sales force,
or related experience in either insurance or financial services
