Lowongan Kerja : General Manager – Shopping Mall
Key Responsibilities:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction,
supervision, revenue and management set up of the retail mall.
Preparation of annual budget and business strategy for the mall.
Provide effective communication with the tenants and knowledge of individual
leasing contracts & terms
Involvement in tenant negotiations both new and renewals
Identify & resolve areas of issues with tenants
Provide effective strategic marketing plans through the dedicated Marketing teams
both in house and external agencies
Chair regular executive committee meetings
Liaise with external contractors on necessary works
Management and Recruitment & HRM.
Requirements :
A minimum of 5 years senior Shopping Mall Management with recent experience
of managing a large Multi faceted complex
Proven leadership and people management are critical for this role
A Business / Marketing or property related Degree of qualification or equivalent
Strong fiscal management
Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
Confident, adaptable and self confident
