Job Description :
Responsible to Coach and monitor Performance of Solusi Rumah CPMs
Franchise
Monitor and supervise the housing development (projects) progress in
customer site
Identify market potential and implement market development activities to
support franchisee for both SR CPM and retailers.
Ensure implementation of Franchise operation standards in each respected
Franchisee.
Education :
Bachelor Degree S1 in Architectural and or Civil Engineering or Diploma
degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering with construction project
experience.
Experiences :
Minimum working experience of 2-3 years on construction sites as architect,
designer, site supervisor or assistant of project manager. Min.
1 year in current position. Experience in creating architectural drawing
for minimum 2 stories houses or ruko, calculating BoQ, DED, structural
and cost analysis (minimum for 2-story houses), Has a general insight in
retail and/or consumer business, especially in channel management.
Skills :
Computer Literate such as MS Office, Lotus Notes, ETABS or SAP for
construction, MS Project. Good command of English, both oral & written
