Area Sales Supervisor Solo
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall sales strategy of assigned area and routes.
Monitor daily activities of salesman and follow up on sales progress and
accomplishments.
Conduct regular meetings with the Regional Manager for feedback on status
of sales.
Check cash shortages on daily basis and ensure payments collection.
Establish and maintain good contact with all customers and maintain
updated Customer details of the assigned area Solo.
Travel with the sales team regularly, provide backup to the team whenever necessary.
Ensure physical involvement in operation of route when staff shortages arise.
Generate daily and monthly status reports regarding the overall sales achievements
and also competitor activities.
Co ordinate and implement sales targets set by the department head,
prepare sales statistics and related forecasts.
Ensure proper implementation of sales campaigns / promotional activities.
Ensure proper implementation of company policy on financial and sales related matters.
Follow up, oversee and coordinate distributors on sales and marketing
plan implementation to achieve sales targets
Support dealers in all sales operation requirements to achieve dealer’s sales target.
To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team
in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Assist Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties
Supervise Sales Representatives
Job Requirements:
Male Max. 35 years old
Bachelor degree in related field required
Min. 2-5 years of experience in the same position
Must be able to positively influence other functional areas to ensure process and
policies are adhered to.
Demonstrates strong leadership ability, vision, and innovative thinking
Computer literate
Fluently in English both oral and written
Hard worker, honest, and able to work independently as well as in team
Self motivated, highly initiative, well organized
able to work under minimum supervision
